Recently inducted into the Cooperative Hall of Fame, established to honor distinguished individuals whose contributions to cooperative business have been exceptional and genuinely heroic, Ralph Paige is Executive Director of the Federation of Southern Cooperatives / Land Assistance Fund. The Federation is the primary organization representing Black farmers and fighting the precipitous decline of minority land ownership and independence. Mr. Paige serves nationally on numerous boards of directors and committees, endeavoring to insure that the voice of the poor and undeserved are always heard. The title of this lecture is, "Economic Justice and Land Retention."
