The Last Lady Game is, as the name suggests, similar to a game. The author's play with the audience as well as the characters in his story, as well as the play of the characters with each other and with life as a whole. Balqis Soleimani himself says about this:

"The element of play is a concept that is close to the concept of forgery and has a great place in life. Humans at any time and situation play a role or are forced to play a role that changes according to difficult circumstances.

The main theme of the story is love, separation, determinism and free will, justice and idealism, which takes place in the background of social and political events of the early revolution and the sixties and continues for years.
