This book looks at Social Learning Theory and Urie Bronfenbrenner Ecological Theory in relations to how Black people may have learned some forms of crime or influential factors that may have impacted Black people involvement in criminal behavior. Some of the factors that impacted Black people, rather negative, positive or empowering, from the 1900 to 1940, included:
