What are your primary thoughts? Are you thinking about the things that will make you the person that you finally want to be? Do you have deep and strong views on these things?.
If the first step to becoming the person that you want to start is in the brain then set that train in motion.
One approach that can aid you is to sit down and write out your life goals. Take as many pages as you need. After you have established your life story and the way that you want it to unfold start summarizing it. Pen your thoughts down on a sheet of paper.
Read this as much as possible. At least you should read this once a day.
Depending on how strong your desire to succeed is, you can preferably choose to read your goals aloud first thing in the morning when you wake up and also make it the last thing you do before going to bed at night.
The more times you read your approach, the more you will implant it into your skull. Remember, your mind cannot discern between reality and fantasy. It will merely act on it - just like my mind did when I joked to my wife about not hitting my fingers with the hammer.
Think bad and you will receive negative energy. Alternatively, think positive and you will obtain positive energy.
