This study aims to examine and shed light on the two related questions: First: Why is the economic integration of the West Bank and Gaza Strip (WBGS) into a cohesive economic entity necessary to secure sustainable growth in the future State of Palestine and improve the well-being of the Palestinian population? Second: What are the alternative models for achieving this economic integration, and what are the political recommendations that can be drawn from these models? The research discusses the importance of benefiting from the large economies of the site and the economics of urbanization in the Gaza Strip and the opportunities to develop it into an urban area.
