This study falls within the framework of our joint program with the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Poverty Reduction Through Private Sector Development: Policy Research of MSMEs. Our main objective is to identify impediments that hamper the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
