It's the Depression and things are tough all over. When an orphaned teenager befriended by Flynn is brutally murdered, he sets out to find her killer. With the help of a wisecracking reporter, Flynn uncovers a child pornography ring manipulated by the mysterious and vicious Mr. Hyde.
