Two friends met while shopping. One complained of having chronic back and leg pain. The other friend suggested a book with information that would possibly reduce her pain. At first the pain stricken woman objected when she heard the nutritional category of the book. While expressing her objection two other friends joined the conversation. They too encountered and bought the book. The persuasive discussion highlighted a perspective that would change the health of the pain stricken woman.
