Jonathan Edwards, often referred to as America's greatest theologian, lived from 1703-1758, and was used by God in the American Great Awakening. This sermon is taken from Romans 3:19, "That every mouth may be stopped."
Edwards carefully and methodically showed that God is perfectly just to punish sinners. He began with God's infinite majesty, then showed man's infinite guilt, made many applications, answered objections, and ended with words of encouragement to both the guilty sinner and the forgiven saint.
This audiobook is read from Edwards' original text with only a few minor changes to make it more understandable to the listener.
