I started my family before I even considered buying a house. At the time, we were living in sunny San Diego, California.

In 2008, we received orders to Yuma, Arizona, and homeownership became much more realistic. We bought our first home in a small town and never looked back.

My wife and I have amassed our wealth because we bought multiple homes in small towns instead of buying one house in a big city.
