It's begins from the moment you wake up, before even opening your eyes.Thousands and thousands of thoughts just circling, forming, expanding, and at times exaggerating situations ALL DAY. Unceasing, endless thoughts. Telling you how to speak, react, which action to take. It is that voice OURS? Should we accept that? What it says, must be true?
