I live in San Diego and see people living this lifestyle daily. However, most people cannot afford to live like this.
They are going broke trying to act rich. Very few people can actually afford to sustain this life.
But, you can get ahead in a big city, if you are willing to sacrifice for 5-10 years. Can you skip going downtown for a few months? Can you take on a roommate?
