Under the Same Sky features original oil paintings of the sky accompanied by inclusive poetic descriptions written by the artist/author throughout each section. The paintings are rich in color and feature multiple unique skyscapes at various locations, times of day, and seasons of the year. The sections are entitled, Morning, Day, Mountains, Valley/Plains, Sea, and Sunset. JoAnn feels that if we could truly realize that we share the same sky perhaps people of the world could embrace the love of cooperation and peace. The sky has no artificial boundaries of countries, politics, nationalities, or religions.
