This is a story that follows the loves and tragic lives of two young Families beginning in the early 1900s. One began their journey from London, England. They settled into Mimico then after the Great War to Teeswater, Ontario. The other came in stages from Glasgow, Scotland. The first to Latchford, Ontario and the rest settled in Montreal Quebec.

Family ties and economic conditions began a move to Windsor, Ontario. Only a few family members knew of the actual events, which were forgotten or never passed on, until meticulous searching the Internet for the family and DNA test were done about a hundred years later!

Searching my family ancestry became a passion for me a few years ago and as I was satisfied with my own branch I decided to search my wife's family. It was not easy as we had very little to go by. It wasn't until I was able to find extensive work by another researcher in one of the branches of her paternal grandmother. This led to finding numerous siblings of hers that we did not know existed. A DNA test had also opened up the maternal side as her mother was adopted and we only had her birth name to go by.

This is work is not only gratifying but it is also never ending. I have been in touch with many people that have the same curiosity and love for finding everything they can about their families. This has also led to accumulating handed down family data that I have did not have or hope to find on my own. Pictures exchanged shows family resemblances, which is so gratifying.

The story combines all the data that was compiled by other family members and myself also known family traits to make it as close to the actual events as I could imagine it to be.
