Tom in Denis Kevin loses his child after separating from his wife, only to be joined with him in a far-away hospital. The house-help in Mama Leah steals her employer's money, only to discover she has been out-smarted. Mike in Mike Bore is drugged on his way to school and helped by total strangers. Joel in the last story is presumed to have died after an accident, only to spring back to life after several days in the hospital.
