Based on the heroic movie, Power-Man and Big Chin: Superstars!
When a boulder is being planned to roll to Hero-Land by a villain who wants to claim the ownership of it, the casual citizens who are living their lives help out those in Hero-Land and call the Hero-Land community about it.
