Florence Durrant is a nurse by profession. She lives in Kent and works in London. Nursing is

her passion but she also loves reading a large range of books from all over the world, but

her main interest lies in memoirs and spiritual books.

In her book, Durrant revisits her childhood to help her understand her current dilemma. Over the years she was plagued by vivid dreams that she calls visions of her past. Born and brought up in a poor African village, Durrant believes in life after death. She takes the journey of her African spirituality and goes back into her childhood to find the meaning of her vivid dreams.
