Episode 12: Events Heat Up
Wanda learns more of Maude's past life and gets clues related to her own official investigation. When acting on the information, she is abducted.
Episode 13: Clues Come Together
Despite worry about his wife, David Davis has his own work to do – watching Jeremy Carson. He learns his wife has reasons to work with her abductors, dangerous ones, but she gets proof of a link between Mickey Delaney and Jeremy Carson.
Episode 14: Carson Under Pressure
By working with her abductors, Wanda Davis gets a chance to meet Jeremy Carson and illegally search his house. Before she can return and report to the police, she starts to experience a bad after reaction to a drug her abductors had given her. She escapes, but her mind is a blank.
Jeremy Carson, unsettled by the uninvited visitors to his house, decides it is time for an old investment to mature.
Episode 15: Double Crossing
After overhearing her father's plans to get even richer, Abbie runs off to go to her step-sibs. Her plans turn against her when they decide to use her against their father, and Jeremy Carson decides to abduct her back.
Episode 16: Where is Abbie?
Delaney escapes with Abbie, leaving behind a trail or injured or unconscious people. Wanda, wanting to go after him, has more urgent concerns and an injury of her own.
Martin and Abbie help search the local park, where Abbie's phone was located.
Episode 17: Setting a Trap
Wanda reports what she knew of Abbie's abduction, and plans are made to catch all involved. Annie makes two discoveries.
