It is a small book which I read in one sitting with a nice cup of tea. In the end, it gives you action steps to fuel your own journey into weeding out anything in your life that may be an exception and not an authentic part of your specific life.
I am sure I will go back and walk through each of the steps again when I have time to devote to more intense thought.
