Tess is a black, military women who is married to a Chinese immigrant accidently switches bodies with her teen daughter when a secret alien device is activated in a cave alerting earth killers.

"THE ALIEN SWITCH" is similar to the FREAKY FIRDAY films but with an alien twist!

A strong and beautiful black Mother and Special Forces Army Captain: Tess Shute and daughter Akita are very close even though Tess is constantly deployed worldwide with her combat unit. Tess had Akita when she was 18 years old in High School and this caused her to take the military path where she meets her husband Rodney Lin a short Chinese Immigrant. And this odd couple fell in love, married, has two children: 7 and 5 boy and girl.

This ODD COUPLE has put a comedic strain on the whole family of Tess and Akita who are black and tall, Rodney, and his two kids are short and are total Chinese: From food, eating, sleeping, etc. But they seem to make it work but with lots of tension.

Akita is a 12-year-old middle school student who is in the most popular group and is a spoiled brat and takes this out on her Chinese differing family which causes a lot of tension in the family.

Furthermore, when Tess is tasked with her team to search and destroy an enemy target hidden deep inside a secret and highly classified Afghanistan´s cave system is where things get very interesting indeed!

Here they find some secret ancient alien technology that they play around with and this unleashes terrible consequences where Tess becomes Akita and Akita becomes Tess.

Consequences escalate when the device sends a signal into outer space that brings an evil alien race who are looking for their stuff.

When the government takes the technology away and Tess who is Akita must find a way to get their lives back with the help of friendly aliens who are the ones who stole the tech in the first place.
