Drafted into the NHL before his eighteenth birthday, hockey phenom Ryan Howton-Canfield is close to realizing a dream he's had since the age of ten of playing professional hockey. First, though, he has one other dream to conquer—winning the NCAA Frozen Four.

Bailey Howard has no interest in hockey, much less arrogant hockey players, but when a class assignment has her paired up with Ryan, she begins to reevaluate that position.

Mutual dislike soon gives way to attraction, but can a blossoming college romance endure when Ryan's talents take him halfway across the country?
