The Time Corps is at war with itself. Director Alexander Kronus and the equally powerful Inspector General are sniping at each other via third parties and disposeable assets. Meanwhile, their erstwhile foe, Peter Piernitowski, grows more powerful, and a new threat emerges from the future.
