Wisdom most often is found in the words that are spoken. Self-dissonance is in the midst of the emotions that are felt by the reader as they descend down a lyrical rabbit hole towards truth. This book of poetry and original artwork was created to be thought provoking. With every line and verse, stress adds to pain which leads to change. This book explores the suffering and inspiration that we deal with on a day-to-day basis. The original artwork painted by myself was included with the intentions of painting the book's story in ways words couldn't, but the synergy produced by merging words with canvas adds to it's dynamic. Which will visually please the reader while the wisdom through poetry will nurture the mind. Hopefully releasing positive endorphins, which in turn will help to release stress and the pain that leads to a positive change.
