After suffering from generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and agoraphobia for over 15 years, I decided to become my own therapist.

I have been receiving treatment for the majority of those 15 years, yet I have only got worse. My life – not functioning at an acceptable level.

I have spent the last year researching anxiety disorders and the differing treatments that are available, and have compiled that information here, for myself and others. With this information, I was able to create a treatment plan that will work for me (and is working). This treatment plan includes parts of/a combination of psychoanalysis, the Linden Method, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and teachings from Buddhism/Zen.

When traditional therapy and treatment have not helped you, it is time to take your treatment into your own hands.
