Korean cookbook published by American missionaries who worked in Korea!
It is a book by Harriet Morris (??~1959) who taught Western cuisine while serving as a professor of family affairs at Ewha Womans College, a Korean women\'s university as a missionary.
In 1945, it was based on Bang Shin-young\'s \"Chosun Cooking Law\" in Wichita, Kansas, USA.
It was a 96-page book that was intended to publicize Korean food to the public in the United States. It was sold at that time, and it was used as a textbook for the curriculum of old Korean women.
