The Man Who Learrned to Talk to Dogs

Everyone loves dogs, and that love runs strong in our family, so I set out to write a story for them. I wanted to get inside the mind of a dog and imagine what it would say if it could talk. You may be expecting a Dr. Dolittle sort of tale, but somewhere along the way my story took a left turn, and the result is no Dr. Dolittle type of story. It's 4,867 words, the story of how a dog can save a life (or two), just by being a dog, and teach us how to be better humans in the process.

Bill Schweitzer is a well-seasoned individual who is a fledgling writer of fiction. He's written scores of business publications, one prize winning, a play (eons ago), and a self-published short story that imagined the horror of Donald Trump being reelected. He has a first novel and a few other short-stories underway as well.
