Rev J. Bryan Hehir is the president of Catholic Charities USA, an organization currently comprised of more than 51,000 staff members and 168,000 volunteers, and is a distinguished professor of ethics and international affairs at Georgetown's School of Foreign Service. As a theologian, author, and professor, Rev. Hehir has specialized in the subjects of Catholic social teaching, the role of religion in American society and in politics and issues of foreign policy. In his lecture he will be speaking on Religion, Morality and Public Policy.
