Karl Case is the Katherine Coman and A. Barton Hepburn Professor of Economics at Wellesley College where he has taught for 28 years. He is also a visiting scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and is a founding partner in the real estate research firm of Fiserv Case Shiller Weiss, Inc. In his lecture he will be speaking on Property Rights in Land: Equity and Efficiency.
