This is a story of creating a new art movement in the history of arts. I met Vladimir Yeltsov in the summer of 2017 on the Green Bridge in Saint-Petersburg. He was showcasing his artwork on a busy tourist route and I was crossing by. I peeped into his folder and saw a small painting of 18x13 cm., oil on paper. That struck me with its color, plasticity and expression - the very combination which we later called fusion. Since 2017 Vladimir and I have met regularly to build the initial fusion collection. And this artbook presents our best picks from 2018 to 2019 flavored with our comments. They tell the story of an art genius who's yet to be recognized. Vladimir is an active artist at the age of 74 now and I see no better time to tell his story.
