Norbert Tasev's narratives are about diverse people trying to cling to life with every nerve they have. His characters are often caught in a web of perplexity, trying to find helpers to support them. They all want to get on in an often difficult, uncertain and unpredictable life, while holding on to their individual positions that everything that happens to them is a game of cat and mouse.
In each of the author's varied stories, the reader feels a deep sympathy and empathy with the unique characters, while wondering what they would have done differently in their own position in the hope of a better life!
