First published in 1895 'The Man from Archangel' is a collection of short stories by the famous Sherlock Holmes author Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. The collection is split into two sections – one of adventurous tales and the other focussing on stories of Victorian medicine. Stories include 'The Sealed Room', 'His First Operation' and 'The Curse of Eve'. No doubt drawing on his own experience as a physician, this is a fascinating selection of lesser-known stories from the popular author. -
