Cheyenne is embarking on the end of her eighth-grade year and the only thing on her mind is being selected for the ninth-grade dance team. But in the midst of tryouts Cheyenne finds herself dealing with the painful reality that her ex-boyfriend, Brandon, is now dating her former best friend! So Cheyenne comes up with a plan to try and get back at Brandon but it backfires and she becomes the topic of vicious rumors swirling around the school.
