Every good fairytale must have faeries, handsome knights, magik, and damsels in distress. But most don't have villains as evil as the ones in this story...

Breesta is the last of the Forest Fae. The forest peoples' very existence depends on her, or they will perish.

I miss my Mom and Da. Why does life have te be so hard? Now, I must flee the home where my brother and I grew up. Together we must both protect my child from the wicked Laird of the Castle, for he would take my boy if he were ever to find him.

We discover a valley in the woods, where we can build a new home. It has everything we need to survive, and I feel the magik that's here. I'm also very aware of the wild beasties; I know their purpose.

But when my brother returns with an injured knight, everything changes.

Radus lost both parents, his younger brother, and now his peace of mind. But nothing hurt more than losing the woman who cast a spell on him. It nearly broke him in two as he rode away to reclaim his rightful place as Laird of Castle Berwick.

Still, he couldn't stop thinking about the girl he'd left behind in the small cottage in the forest.
