This e-book contains papers from the conference "Cybernetics: Art, Design, Mathematics—A MetaDisciplinary Conversation". This conference, the 2010 conference of the American Society for Cybernetics, was unusual in how it was organised, in the form of presentation, and in the processes used in developing and refereeing papers. This e-book contains papers from this innovative conference. The conference is presented as satisfying Margaret Mead's requirement, that cybernetic societies (and, by extension, cybernetic practice) should reflect the understandings being developed in cybernetics. This e-book contains 24 papers which cover the interdiscliplinary nature of this subject area.
