This ebook of the International Journal of Conflict Management is dedicated to research that focuses specifically on the outcomes of conflict management. This issue gathers five excellent studies that focus on various performance outcomes. Two of these studies measure objective negotiation outcomes. Three of the studies measured the relationship between a particular type of employee job performance and innovation. These studies describe the ways in which conflict management research can and does predict important outcomes for negotiators and their organizations.
