Nearly all adults will become parents at some point in their lives around 89.6 per cent of the adult population worldwide. While most of us aspire to be excellent parents, the endless challenges of parenthood can leave us feeling baffled and frustrated. Such difficulties can be seen in all developmental phases, as both parents of toddlers and teenagers can attest. However, there is some good news: parents now have access to various research-based tools and practices. Different materials discuss common parenting issues (such as bedtime issues, picky eating, tantrums, behavior problems, and risk-taking) and life lessons (starting school, being respectful, making friends, being responsible, making good choices, etc.).
Several variables work together to help children build resilience. These elements operate as a safety net for the youngster, allowing them to grow confident. While some of these characteristics can help children establish stability, children have a better chance of developing resilience when all of these factors are present.
