If you are in the habit of not standing up for yourself, you assume that people can just dictate what you should do, repeatedly. However, this isn't the case. If people treat you as if your opinion doesn't really count, don't put up with it. Just move on. You don't deserve such harsh treatment.

If you don't stand up for yourself, your self-esteem will suffer. You don't deserve to be continuously treated in a humiliating way. Your opinions should be respected. If you are with someone who doesn't respect your opinions and cuts them down or says something to undermine the veracity of your statements, you must have nothing with them. Otherwise, you will fall into a never-ending negative cycle.

Worse still, the more often you don't stand up for yourself, the harder it will be to stand up for yourself in actual situations. It then becomes a cycle of hopelessness and inauthenticity. The good news is that you don't have to get stuck in the mire of inauthenticity. You can start asserting yourself and change the narrative to a more positive tone.

I will show you how to do so in this ebook. So, please stay tuned.
