Real Estate Investors get all the glitz and glamour, as they should. But there is more money in real estate than investing in properties. How about investing in the loans?
I guess the saying "there is a time and place for everything" rings true. When we are younger and full of vigor, we may love the thrill of the hunt for real estate deals.
As we mature, we want the deals to come to us. Investors have their hands in many pots and deal with all types of real estate professionals. Lenders can be hyper-focused on making good loans.
Either way, our goal is to make passive income from real estate. We can build a portfolio of rental properties or a portfolio of real estate loans. Even better, we can invest in both. Life is truly wonderful.
