"He is gone too soon" is a story about a good policeman and an open-minded gangster developing a family-type relationship. In a community where murder and illegal smuggling of medicament is prevalent cops and gangsters were frequently having violent confrontations, some of which ended in deaths. When an open-minded gangster finds himself corner he will have no choice but to surrender to a good cop that will help him. Gangsters will not stop until they get what was stolen from them. A gangster will put his life on the line to protect a policeman's family.
