Annabelle tells the story of a man's descent into violence, depravity, and murder.

After killing his fifth victim, the man feels the police closing in. The killer feigns a breakdown, and is placed on medication that helps to calm his murderous tendencies.

Years pass - and the killer stops taking his medication and is visited by a model talking to him from the pages of a pornographic magazine and his dead mother who orders him to kill so that she can be resurrected.

The killer plans to murder Annabelle (an escort he met online) to fulfill his mother's orders...but Annabelle has other plans!
