This is the fifth in a series taken from William LePar's lessons on the Book of John. According to Mr. LePar, Chapter Seven centers on the Feast of Tabernacle where Jesus officially declares His Divinity. We tried to give some idea of the magnitude of this particular ceremony and the dramatic moment in which Christ proclaims His Divinity by saying, "He who believes in Me, rivers of water shall flow from his belly." Christ waits until the last day when they have the ceremony of waters. At that moment, before the presentation, everything was silent with thousands of people waiting to hear the words of the high priest, Christ echoes out this particular statement. It is actually a messianic claim.
