The story revolves around Swetha a modern-day girl, whose marriage got fixed. The series of events that happens after her marriage got fixed, resembles the events of her Monther, fondly called Swethama by her neighbors, alais Ammu. As Ammu finds the sequence of repetitive events keeps on happening between her life and her Daughters life, stricken with Panic, to stop the events from happening further.
The story tells about the culture and traditions followed in the South Indian Marriages, the importance of every such tradition followed for more than 2000 years, Talks about how the modern-day civilization changed the hard traditional practices, to ease the burden of the ppl, etc.
The Story forms an interesting plot across generations and how it unfolds to the series of events.
