Alice, a young psychologist collapses, is rushed to the Emergency Department and finds herself hovering above her body, watching the frantic attempts to resuscitate her.

She is distracted by an angel who has come to take her to the Afterlife where she learns about the greater reality that we cannot see whilst living on Earth and gains a new perspective on the purpose of a human life.

This purpose is best described by the French Jesuit priest, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, who brilliantly stated that:

"We are not human beings having a spiritual experience.

We are spiritual beings having a human experience."

This is the hero's journey and Alice is led to a point where she must decide whether to stay in the Afterlife or to return to Earth to effect some powerful changes in the world.

Immerse yourself in the world that Alice discovers, as she learns to open her heart and mind to a greater understanding of who we are. It might challenge you to think more seriously about why we are here, what we are to do and where we might go when we are gone.
