Princess Nina Gold is forced onto a cruise ship by her father and older sister Sierra. On this ship is her grandfather and grandmother, but also an illegal trade they wish to destroy for the better of the world. But the trade seems to bring something good to Nina. While on the ship, Nina is offered a 'companion.' The companion she chooses is Anton Dragomir, a mute lord from Romania. She decides she is going to keep him with her and free him, allowing him to be free from the trade. But things change when Nina and Anton fall in love. Not only that but Sierra is angry that Nina was chosen by their grandfather to be queen. Sierra is determined to do anything to stop Nina from ascending to the throne.
