Please note: in previous volumes, the essays were published in the Cosmic Press blog on the last day of every month, with a regularity that became almost a tradition over many years of postings. Even so, it was determined by the author and friends that the material presented on the website for the previous two years, herein presented, more than justified the effort to publish another e-book.
