A short story about three teddy-bear-sisters and their relatives that were brought to life after promising to pursue the important things in life along with a life of happiness. (Brought to reality by the pen-and-ink drawings of Clarence Robert Tower).

Uncle Roger tells of his trips to Boston and Plymouth Rock, where so much of our nation's history is centered. The family shows off their talents and love for the fine things, Grandpa takes the kids fishing and later to the county fair where they win a stuffed dog and their prize pig wins a prized medal. Finally, grandpa had his picture taken as a memory to a grand day of fun.
