Fulton River's floral designer, Regina Maxwell has a bank loan to repay and has a dream of opening a second "Gina Blooms" shop in Vermont's capital, Montpelier.

She needs to snag the flower contract for the town's high society wedding to take care of the loan. And she needs to win the national floral competition in Arizona to fund the new shop. The problem" both events are at the same time and will require her to reconnect with her ex-boyfriend.

Edgar Anthony "Tony" Perret will do anything for his sister, including trying to get his ex-girlfriend to do the flowers despite her scheduling problem. He's also struggling to secure his future by getting a new state senator elected while trying to be go between for his sister's flower needs.

Things go haywire further as these two are embroiled in a plot that throws Regina and Tony into questioning their past and their future.
