Fulton River's floral designer, Regina Maxwell has a bank loan to repay and has a dream of opening a second "Gina Blooms" shop in Vermont's capital, Montpelier. She needs to snag the flower contract for the town's high society wedding to take care of the loan. And she needs to win the national floral competition in Arizona to fund the new shop. The problem? She will have to reconnect with the man she's been forbidden to see again, her ex-boyfriend.

Edgar Anthony "Tony" Perret will do anything for his sister, including trying to get his ex-girlfriend to do the flowers despite her scheduling problem.
