When Cookie calls Hunter for help, she finds herself in the middle of another murder investigation and the two men in her life. This time she has her hands full, dealing with a budding relationship, a cranky ex-partner, and a crime involving an old pirate treasure. Even more so when the stakes are raised, and someone close to her is kidnapped. With everything on the line, Cookie has to solve the murder and make sure everyone else makes it out alive.
