A bank is robbed in Seattle by men dressed as pumpkins head to foot. The pumpkin robbers leave in a pumpkin car losing seeds, parts, and juice. The city police refuse to believe anything the witnesses say. The bank is full of every police officer robbery can find; including two homicide detectives Rage, and Smith even through no shots were fired. Rage turns in their report, and they go back to the station. After a near riot of the witnesses in the bank, the FBI arrives and takes over. The investigation comes to a complete halt the same day with no leads. The witnesses can tell you how the pumpkins over their heads were carved but not how many robbers there were.
On the weekend, Detective Rage has a pet peeve with patrolman Jones for making fun of her 'Horse Movies.' She has a devious plan and goes to an upper tier, exclusive women's salon. While there the manager offers her an exclusive modeling job in her private suite, which she declines.
A heavily armed force over runs the mall. shooting anyone and everything in sight. Rage now has on a white flowing negligee. She straps on a utility belt for her Colts, calls for backup, and goes outside. Patrolman Jones and SWAT clean up the mess. The FBI finds no relationship between the mall shooting and the pumpkin robbery.
Meanwhile the FBI and Inspector Strong are concerned when the other shoe will drop from the pumpkin robbery. Both agree it was just a practice run for something much bigger. The cash taken from the bank will not pay the expenses to rob it. The FBI feels the logical place the pumpkin gang is going is to Marty Graw because of the costumes, but what do they want there?
Other people are concerned that the FBI is looking under every rock for the pumpkin gang may stumble upon them. In a penthouse in Seattle, the owner and the person called 'The Madam' is meeting with three of her associates, "We need to guide the FBI to stumble upon the pumpkin gang and arrest them. Marty Graw is the key. Prepare your teams for a Marty Graw operation. We must short circuit the FBI and steer them to the gang."
She continues, "I will also question my former partners if they know anything."
Can the Madam find and steer the FBI to the pumpkin gang and solve both their problems before she losses everything and flees the country?
