Blair just considered her move to Horse Bay to be just yet another move her military family was forced to make. Boxes littered the house, her younger sisters are in constant chaos, and Blair doesn't believe her parents as they swear this will be the last move. The one good thing about relocating is that her family was now near the beach. Blair rides her bike to the beach every chance that she gets. Something inside of her becomes alive and awakens a power she didn't know she had. As she is trying to understand what is happening to her, it becomes clear that her life is in danger.
